Fennec Pale Ale

Fennec Pale Ale

Georgia

Fennec Pale Ale, Social Fox Brewing
Description

An homage to the OG of craft beers this pale ale will take you back to the days before barrel-aged lactose desert stouts with 100 adjuncts (not that we have any issue with those).
This pale ale features apollo, CTZ, and sequoia hops. That creates and earthy, floral hop profile. Backed by a simple grain bill to create a light bodied golden beer with a crisp finish. With a nice balanced hop bite our pale ale is a great introduction to the world of hops.

A big chocolate malt nose jumps out of the glass and is supported by a rich biscuit backbone. The aroma is all malt with no hops or esters to speak of. The clean yeast profile allows the malt to shine, and a subtle presence of dark fruit emerges as the beer warms. The beer is a light espresso... Read More
