DDH Deftones Phantom Bride Hazy IPA

DDH Deftones Phantom Bride Hazy IPA, Belching Beaver Brewery
Description

This Hazy Phantom Bride has an incredible blend of intense tropical fruit, tangerine, and grapefruit with a rounded finish that doesn't linger too long. Combined with a juicy mouthfeel and pillowy-soft bitterness, this beer pays homage to the OG Phantom Bride while being distinctive enough in its own right as a monster of a hazy beer.

The beer had a very nice malty aroma that was somewhat grainy with slight fruitiness compounded with a golden straw color and low carbonation. The flavor was well balanced between the low malt and hop profile. Both of these aspects should be at a minimum for the style, and they were. The body... Read More

Fear causes hesitation and hesitation will cause you to miss out on this IIPA. If you want the ultimate old school balanced double IPA this is the beer for you. Little hand says its time to rock and roll with a trio of American hops which pack action into every sip. Pairs well with a meatball sub from the shop around the corner, or better yet a second.
