Bad Abbot

Bad Abbot, Gnarly Barley Brewing
Description

Bad Abbot is a gentle beast, coming in at 14% but drinking with an unexpected docility. Fruity esters on the nose give way to malty overtones of caramel and raisin that clean up into a surprisingly dry finish. The medium body enhances the nuanced sugars, avoiding a cloying or syrupy finish, instead portraying a pleasing array of dark fruits and molasses. A delicate pathway paved with secrets, where good intentions meld with desire.

Beverage Profile
ABV:
14.0%
Malts:
Pilsner, Aromatic, Munich, Special B, Belgian Dark Candi Sugar, Molasses
Hops:
