A collaboration with Best Maid Pickles in Fort Worth that has a very loyal following all over Texas and beyond. Best Maid is known for its unique taste, more salty than vinegary and the pickle beer has the same characteristics, with a nice lemon peel acidity from Martin House's souring bacteria.
The base is 2-row and wheat malt, lightly hopped with Columbus to achieve 2.4 IBUs, and the serving temp is best at a nice refrigerated 42°F.
