Stone Features & Benefits IPA, Stone Brewing
Description

There's no way you can make an insanely flavorful, hop-forward IPA in true Stone fashion and still keep it under 100 calories, right? Our brewers, along with the rest of Team Stone, love proving preconceived notions wrong. This beer is 100% Stone, 100% flavorful and 100% under 100 calories. It's also only 4% ABV, has 2.9G of carbs and is gluten-reduced. Now, you can have both the features and the benefits.

The beer starts out with a prominent rich, bready, grainy wheat character in the aroma balanced by a moderate level of ripe banana, very light clove and a light citrus tartness. The flavor follows the aroma closely, and adds light mixed berry fruit and a low, pleasant hop bitterness that helps... Kimchi Sour

Kimchi Sour

Kimchi Sour, Dokkaebier
Description

Kimchi is a staple of Korean cuisine and it was only a matter of time before we found a way to incorporate it. With each swig, your palate will be taken on a journey from the refreshingly tart beginnings of ginger to the boldly aromatic and spicy finish of gochugaru (Korean sun-dried chili peppers). Not to mention, we also used our head brewer's own personal kimchi culture. This kettle sour really is an experience in a can!

The beer pours a beautiful amber color with a strong orange hue with an off-white head that is long-lasting. It has a light haze that is appropriate for a Triple IPA. The initial aroma is a mixture of tropical fruit and mixed citrus that quickly gives way to an aggressive spicy alcohol that... Read More

This porter pours black and opaque, with a monster brown, creamy head that is quite persistent. The aroma is moderately roasty and complex, supported by a chocolate, coffee and nutty malt character with a background earthy hop aroma. The flavor is bursting with malt, and like the aroma it has a... Read More
