Cosmic Pyrokinesis by Mother Earth Brew Co. is a New England IPA and was judged as a Specialty IPA (BJCP sub-style 21B). 

It poured golden into the glass with a slight haze, forming a modest white head with moderate retention. Its aroma featured complex fruity hop notes up front, including grapefruit and pineapple primarily and lesser lemon late. Positively, the aroma lasted throughout the taste. The flavor profile was also hop-forward with malted barley playing a pleasingly backup balancing role to this fruity and lush ale. The mouthfeel was characterized by a full body on the palate, moderate carbonation, some alcohol warmth and some very mild lingering hop bitterness in the finish. Overall, this beer displayed high drinkability for many beer drinkers, especially those who fancy the particular fruity hop flavors on display here.
