BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
I did.

BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
The bright fragrant Hop aroma a crisp clean dry finish makes it endlessly drinkable.

BC: Where does this beer’s name come from?
The recipe was inspired by a saki / saison collaboration brew I did with Kiuchi Brewery in Japan a couple years ago and lends a nod to the super dry beers on the Japanese scene.
 
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
It was designed for repeat consumption, but i am always designing new beers and it's hard to choose just one.

BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Sushi and sashimi obviously... other seafood and poultry work well also.
