Cape May Brewing Company Unveils Refreshing Hard Iced Tea and Return of Hard Lemonade

Cape May Brewing Co. is thrilled to announce the launch of its newest summer seasonal, Hard Iced Tea, and the return of its beloved Hard Lemonade, a classic flavor duo just in time for the upcoming summer season.

“Nothing complements the taste of freshly steeped iced tea like mouth-puckering tart and delectably sweet lemonade, so it’s only natural that we would release these two brews for fans to enjoy in our Tasting Room and at retailers throughout the region now through August,” says Cape May Marketing Director Alicia Grasso.  

Brewed with exotic citrus and aromatic black tea, Hard Iced Tea is a lightly sweet and refreshing libation, offering beer lovers a one-of-a-kind drinking experience. With an ABV of 4.5%, this brew is perfect for sipping on a hot summer day.

“After the release of Shore Tea last year, we're excited our fans can once again incorporate hard tea into their summer libation mix,” says Chief Brewing Officer Brandon Greenwood. “With prominent flavors of exotic citrus and aromatic black tea, we’re confident they will love the lightly sweet taste of our Hard Iced Tea just as much as they love our Hard Lemonade.” 

In addition to Hard Iced Tea, Cape May Brewing Company is bringing back its fan-favorite Hard Lemonade, a balanced and refreshing beverage made with real lemon juice. This brew debuted over the Fourth of July weekend in 2021, selling out in a day at the Tasting Room. It returned for wholesale distribution in summer 2022, and due to popular demand, it's back again for 2023.

Starting April 7, customers can enjoy six-packs of Hard Iced Tea and Hard Lemonade in the Tasting Room. The brews will also be available for distribution in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware later this month.
