BC: Who came up with this beer’s recipe?
This beer was a collective effort from the brewery management team.
BC: What’s your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, etc.)?
We were really surprised by how much barrel influence the apple brandy casks contributed. It reminds me of a caramel-dipped apple from the pumpkin farm.
BC: Is this your “desert island beer?”
No. This is also more of a special occasion beer, made for sipping slowly.
BC: Can you describe this beer in 10 words or less?
Caramel apple, toasted strudel, crème brulée and candied quince.
BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Flank steak, roasted tomatoes and spicy chorizo.
