About Ghost Hawk Brewing
Ghost Hawk Brewing Co. is a collaborative effort between two Clifton natives - Tom Rachelski and Steve Bauer. Born from a passion for delicious beer, and escaping the mundane routines of everyday life, this project took nearly two years to get off the ground. Inception to opening day was roughly 21 months of blood, sweat, and tears.
Fueled with the addition of decorated Brewmaster Chris Sheehan to the project in 2018, this project kicked into high gear. Despite many hurdles and obstacles, months of construction delays, and everything else you could imagine.. we finally opened our doors in April of 2019.
On our opening day, there was line of people down our driveway and onto the sidewalk for NINE hours straight. Since that day, we have quenched the thirst of beer-lovers from far and wide with a dynamite selection of hand-crafted lagers and ales, and we are proud to be a part of the Clifton and Passaic County communities.
