Former Stone Brewmaster Mitch Steele to Open Atlanta Brewpub

Many have pondered what former Stone Brewmaster Mitch Steele's next move would be after departing the brewery in June. Today, those people get their answer. 

Steele has announced that he will open a new craft brewery and brewpub in Atlanta's rapidly growing Beltline. 

While no concept has been announced, Steele seems eager to start on this new venture. 

“I’ve enjoyed a wonderful career in craft brewing and I am excited for this next chapter in Atlanta,” said Steele in a press release. “I had an amazing time at Stone and I am very thankful for my experiences there. Now, I am looking forward to the opportunity to become part of the growing craft beer movement in Atlanta and the Southeast.”
