Reformation Brewery Unveils Sabine French Saison

Woodstock, GA's Reformation Brewery has announced the newest beer in its Adventure Release series -- a French Saison called Sabine.

Described in a press release as "having an effervescent spirit and dry, floral humor," Sabine is made for "moments of authenticity and illumination."

Here is the full release from Reformation:

Woodstock, GA (March 1, 2017) -- Debuting in the brewery’s tasting room Friday, March 3rd, Sabine is the next in the Adventure Release Series from Reformation Brewery. A custom, French-inspired menu from Emma’s Bistro food truck will be available on site as part of the launch.

Described as having an effervescent spirit, and dry floral humor, Sabine is a French Saison at 5.1% ABV “made for moments of authenticity and illumination.” The beer owes her old world, white wine character to French Yeast. Huell Melon hops lend notes of cantaloupe & orange blossom. Mild white pepper shines through on the finish.

CEO Spencer Nix says there’s beauty in the beer’s simplicity. “We’re always seeking balance. Not just in our beer, but in the culture it creates. The instinct is often to add more, when less can serve us just as well, if not better. It can be a revelation in today’s culture to experience something crafted with restraint.” Uncomplicated by spices, fruit, or other adjuncts--the delicate, clean simplicity of malt, hops, and yeast shine through. Piloted by the their Head Cellarman, Chris Golden, the recipe ran through several test batches in the brewery’s Keeping Room, where it has worked its way onto visitors most wanted list.

Look for Sabine on draft at taps near you starting March 1st, and enjoy this limited, draft only release while it lasts. Learn more at reformationbrewery.com/sabine.
