Who was responsible for this beer’s recipe?
This has been a group effort over the years with pFriem’s brewery management team. As we have evolved, so has this beer.

What sets this beer apart from other examples within the style?
We love the big flavors that come with a beer like this, but we also think that drinkability is important. We really try to make sure that the alcohol heat is in check, the malt is supportive, not loud, and we want hops to be the star.

What makes this beer truly World Class?
Every day at pFriem we wake up with the goal to make better beer than we did yesterday. We have world-class aspirations in everything we do. We are proud of the journey this beer has been on, and we have been excited to make better versions of it every time we have made it.

What is your favorite aspect of this beer (flavor, aroma, mouthfeel, etc.)?
Massive hop expression with sturdy body that’s still enjoyable when you start getting close to the bottom of the glass.

How popular is this beer among your faithful fans?
We typically only put this beer out for a short period of time during colder seasons. We always get a lot of enthusiasm when we release this beer.
