New Realm Brewing Launches Psychedelic Rabbit, a Transcendent IPA

New Realm Brewing takes drinkers on a journey to a lupulin-filled wonderland with the release of Psychedelic Rabbit, a transcendent IPA that promises to leave a lasting impression.

Psychedelic Rabbit is a new kind of IPA that boasts a tremendous tropical fruit hop presence, including flavors of passion fruit, pineapple and tangerine. This unique IPA is created using an exotic blend of Cashmere, Mosaic, Azacca and Citra hops, along with the innovative Thiol-Active Star Party yeast.

“Star Party yeast represents the latest wave of yeast science, during fermentation it acts upon compounds in both malt and hops to release thiols, which are intensely aromatic and results in a huge tropical aroma and flavor in Psychedelic Rabbit,” said Mitch Steele, Co-Founder and Brewmaster of New Realm Brewing in a press release. “We are psyched about this beer and the Star Party yeast!”
