Founder Allen Cage, a former military pilot and successful entrepreneur, started Honor Brewing in 2014 with a vision beyond just a brewery. Inspired by a desire to create a space that pays homage to service and community, Cage's Honor Brewing has grown to encompass two other locations: the Chantilly tasting room and the Honor Brewing Kitchen in Fairfax.
“I wanted to make sure that those who have served… [that] they’re not forgotten for what they do and what they’ve given up," Cage said in a press release.
The foundation of Honor Brewing is deeply rooted in giving back. The new Sterling location will maintain this commitment to giving back and carry the legacy forward. Boasting a sprawling 35,000 square feet production facility and restaurant, it aims to extend its distribution reach across the United States, fostering community, providing employment opportunities to veterans, and contributing to charitable causes. The restaurant will feature a meticulously crafted menu by Michelin chef, John Dylan Snyder, promising a delightful culinary experience for visitors.
