Colorado Brewery Wins Federal Approval for Non-Psychoactive Cannabis Brew

Dude's Brews, an Aurora-based packaging brewery, has just won federal approval to sell beer infused with cannabinoids.

The company's first "cann-ed" offering, General Washington’s Secret Stash IPA, has been on-tap for over a year, but with the new legislation, the heady brew could be sold in all 50 states.
