Notes of tangerine and pine. Bitter yet very drinkable. Delicious.
BC: Do you know a story – or have a personal story – that revolves around this beer?
She's too young for mythology, but there is a tale of some paddlers on the beautiful Buffalo River who were tricked by the beer's balance, drank more than a reasonable amount and spent the day repeatedly falling out of canoes.
BC: What's a good food pairing for this beer?
Spicy Thai food, although this beer would also work while you're cooking dinner. Or maybe this beer is the appetizer!
